The process: from idea to finished product
Ordering a custom wooden product for the first time may seem complicated — but in reality, the process is simple and clear. Here’s how everything works from start to finish, so you know what to expect and how to prepare.
Step 1 — initial consultation
Contact us via the contact form or email with your idea. Even if you only have a vague vision — that’s enough to start. Describe what the product is for (personal use, gift, home accent), preferred dimensions, and budget range. Within 24-48 hours, we’ll respond with questions or suggest an initial direction.
Step 2 — sketch and price quote
Once we have a shared understanding, we prepare a sketch or reference photos and provide an exact price quote. The price includes: wood cost, work hours, additional services (engraving, inlay, special finishes). Nothing starts without your approval — feel free to negotiate details.
Step 3 — production
After approval and a 50% deposit, we start production. Depending on product complexity, this takes 1-4 weeks. Throughout the production process, we send photos — you can see how your product is born from a wooden plank. If something doesn’t look right — we can adjust while there’s still time.
Step 4 — pickup or delivery
Once finished, you receive final photos. You can pick up in Visaginas in person (saves shipping cost + we get to meet) or we ship via courier. Remaining balance paid before shipping. All our products come with careful packaging — no damage during transport.

Can you engrave text or symbols?
Yes, we engrave: names, dates, messages, short quotes, symbols (hearts, stars, monograms). Maximum character count depends on product size — typically 30-100 characters. You can choose font from our gallery or suggest your own. Engraving — from €10.
Can I choose the wood species?
Of course. We work with oak, ash, maple, walnut, cherry, and other local species. Each has its own character — oak is sturdy and traditional, cherry warm and romantic, maple bright and modern. During consultation, we’ll help you choose based on your needs and budget.
What if I don’t like the final result?
This situation is very rare — because throughout production we send photos and adjust based on your feedback. But if the final result doesn’t satisfy you — we talk, find compromise. Our reputation matters more than one order.
Do you take a deposit?
Yes — 50% to start production. This covers wood purchase and ensures serious commitment from both sides. Remaining balance — before shipping or pickup. Payment methods: bank transfer (LT/SEPA), Revolut, PayPal.
